Businesses looking for a virtual tour or 360° business tour usually want to give customers a better sense of their space before they visit.
That is where Step Inside starts, but it goes further. 360° images are part of the experience when they make sense. The first question is which areas visitors should see and what information will genuinely help them before their first visit.

Annual Infrastructure
After the first 12 months, the annual infrastructure ensures that your website, email, and technical foundation continue to run reliably.

Small changes include updating business hours, phone numbers, short texts, or replacing an existing image. Unused changes do not roll over to subsequent months. All prices plus VAT.
Larger changes and new content
Work that goes beyond the monthly small change is only billed as needed and after prior agreement.

Travel
Stepien Digital works with businesses in Hügelsheim and across the Baden-Baden, Rastatt, and Karlsruhe area. For Digital Structuring, one on-site appointment within 30 km of Hügelsheim is included. For projects further away, additional travel costs are agreed before the project starts.
Project scope
The project scope depends on what is already in place and what is actually needed. For Step Inside, a relevant main area counts as part of the experience even if it is not a separate physical room. Any work outside the described scope is agreed before the project starts.
Costs after completion
Website and Step Inside have different technical costs. The annual website infrastructure includes one small content change per month. Additional changes and Step Inside extensions are billed separately when needed.

Can I book Step Inside on its own?
Yes. Step Inside can be booked independently of the other services. The right package depends on the number and complexity of the relevant main areas – not on square metres or the number of individual 360° images.
Do additional costs arise after completion?
Depending on the solution, yes. The annual technical infrastructure for the website costs 399 € plus VAT from the second year and includes one small content change per month. For Step Inside, the first 12 months online are included; from the second year, hosting and technical operation cost 59 € per year plus VAT. Additional changes, extensions, or new captures are billed separately when needed.
Do I have to book monthly support?
No. Monthly support is not mandatory. Changes, new content, or extensions can be requested separately whenever needed.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Digital Structuring and Step Inside can be paid in up to 3 installments. Combined projects can be paid in up to 4 installments. When paying in installments, the total price increases by approximately 5%. The exact total and installment amounts are shown in your proposal before the project starts.
How much does a virtual tour for a business cost?
Step Inside starts at 599 € plus VAT for up to 4 relevant main areas. Larger projects cost 799 € or 999 €. Pricing is based on the number and complexity of the areas, not on square metres or the number of individual 360° images.
Can I have a 360° tour created for my business?
Yes. Step Inside uses 360° images when they are useful to the experience. Unlike a traditional virtual tour, the project does not begin with the number of images, but with the areas and information visitors genuinely need before their first visit.
