More than showing a place. Help customers feel confident before their first visit.
Step Inside helps customers understand your space, find relevant information and know what to expect before they arrive. The experience is planned around the questions visitors actually have – not simply around the spaces that can be photographed.
Customers often decide before they ever walk through the door.
A website and photos can create a first impression. But when the physical environment matters, important questions often remain unanswered.
What does the place actually look like?
Where is the entrance and where do I need to go?
What should I expect when I arrive?
Is this really the right place for me?
When these questions remain unanswered, customers have to decide with less information. Step Inside turns uncertainty into orientation, context and a clearer expectation before the first contact or visit.
More than a traditional virtual 360° tour.
A traditional virtual tour primarily shows spaces. Step Inside goes further: the experience is planned around what visitors genuinely want to know before an appointment or first visit. 360° imagery can form the visual foundation, while orientation and relevant information add context where it is needed.
The difference does not begin with the camera. It begins with what your visitors actually need to know.
Before deciding what to show, we first understand what your customers need to know.
Every business receives visitors with different questions. That is why Step Inside does not begin by deciding how many 360° images to create. We first look at the customer experience: which questions come up, where uncertainty exists, what information is repeatedly needed and which parts of the location actually help people make a decision.
Orientation
Where do I enter? Where can I park? Where do I go when I arrive?
Expectations
What does the environment look like? What will I find there?
Information
What happens here? What is this area, service or equipment used for?
Decision
Is this place, service or environment right for me?
Only then do we plan the relevant areas, navigation, 360° imagery and information points.
How Step Inside is created.
A clear process turns the real questions of your visitors into a useful digital experience.
Discovery
We understand your business, your visitors and the questions that should be answered before the first visit.
Planning
We define the relevant areas, the most useful path through the experience and the information that belongs in each context.
Capture
We create the necessary 360° imagery and, where useful, complementary photos or video.
Experience & integration
We build the experience, publish it and integrate Step Inside into the digital touchpoints that make sense for your business.
Information appears where it actually makes sense.
Based on Discovery, relevant areas can include information that helps visitors at exactly the right moment.
Entrance
Show where to enter and what visitors should do when they arrive.
Equipment
Explain what equipment is used for or why it matters.
Service
Explain what happens in a particular area and what customers can expect there.
Orientation
Help visitors understand where to go next or how different areas connect.
Differentiators
Highlight details that deserve an explanation and that a photo alone would not communicate.
The goal is not to add as many information points as possible, but to place useful information where visitors actually need it.
Don't just look at it. Experience it.
Two very different environments, built around the same principle: use space and information to help visitors understand what they are seeing.
For businesses where the physical environment is part of the decision.
Step Inside is useful whenever understanding the space, access, structure or on-site experience before a visit can influence a customer's decision.
Hotels & accommodation
Help guests understand rooms, facilities and important areas before booking or arriving.
Event venues
Show how the venue is structured and help potential customers imagine their event there.
Practices & health services
Reduce uncertainty by showing the environment, arrival process and relevant areas before an appointment.
Fitness, wellness & studios
Give new customers a clearer idea of the environment, equipment and how the location works before their first visit.

Built around the visitor – not around the technology.
Planned from the visitor's perspective
Discovery comes before capture, so the experience starts with real questions rather than technical possibilities.

Orientation, context and useful information are part of the experience when they help the visitor.
Adapted to the business
The experience is planned around the business and its visitors instead of applying the same template everywhere.
